V12 misfires and injectors
Per-cylinder diagnosis with live data before replacing anything.

Every model has its own weak points. These are the ones we see most often in Dubai conditions — and how we deal with them.
Per-cylinder diagnosis with live data before replacing anything.
Cracks and rattles inspected cold, replaced with updated parts when confirmed.
Sump weeps and rough shifts on ageing gearboxes; reseal, service, adapt.
Leaking dampers and worn bushings on ten-year-old cars; diagnosed with the factory tool.
Coatings that go tacky in heat, restored or replaced.
Cars that sit between drives. Test, diagnose, recommend the right maintainer.
At Hallmark Auto Services we work on the Ferrari F12berlinetta / F12tdf every week. We know its service schedule, its parts references and the faults it develops in Dubai’s heat, and we diagnose before we quote. Independent, transparent and specialised — dealer-level tools without dealer pricing.
Every job starts with a written estimate, uses genuine parts, is photographed as we go, and is covered by a six-month warranty.
Tell us what the car is doing — or just that it is due — and we will come back to you within working hours with a plan and an estimate.
Collection and delivery within Dubai is available on request.
WhatsApp is fastest. Or leave your number and we will call you back.
The Ferrari F12berlinetta and the track-focused F12tdf are ten years old now, and they are cars owners keep. That means a workshop needs to know both the V12 and the things that age on a Ferrari after a decade of Dubai summers. Hallmark Auto Services does.
Annual or 10,000 km for oil and inspection; at this age the multi-year items matter most — coolant, brake fluid, DCT fluid, plugs, belts and a close look at rubber and bushings.
Buying an F12 or keeping one? A pre-purchase inspection at Hallmark covers engine, gearbox, suspension, body and history. Written estimates, genuine parts and a six-month warranty on all our work. Message us on WhatsApp to book.
The engine and gearbox are closely related, but the tdf has its own calibration, rear-wheel steering, lighter components and specific parts. We track those differences and keep the right parts references for it.
Ferrari's schedule is annual or every 10,000 km, whichever comes first. In Dubai heat we recommend not stretching it: oil, coolant and brake fluid age faster at 45°C, and a F12berlinetta that sits in traffic on SZR works harder than the schedule assumes.
Yes. Wear items, filters and fluids are genuine Ferrari or the OEM supplier's part; we tell you which and show you the invoice.
Servicing to the factory schedule with genuine parts and a full record does not void a manufacturer warranty, and a complete history from a known specialist is what buyers and pre-purchase inspectors look for.
A standard annual service is usually same-day. Diagnostics take a few hours; larger repairs get a written estimate and timeline before any work starts.
