Drop off or collection
Bring the car to Al Quoz, or we collect from home or office within Dubai.

Diagnosis and written estimate
We inspect and diagnose on the factory platform, photograph what we find, and send you an itemised estimate. Nothing starts until you approve it.

The work, with updates
Genuine parts, correct procedures, photographs as we go. If we find something else, we call before adding it.

Road test and hand-back
Every car is road-tested, the service record updated, and you get a written report of what was done and what to watch next.

Our story
Hallmark Auto Services opened in Dubai in 2009 as a small independent garage specialising in European performance cars. The founders had spent years inside dealer workshops and believed owners were paying dealership prices for work that could be done better, more transparently and more personally by a specialist. Ferrari quickly became the core of the business.
What we invest in
The factory diagnostic platform and current software, so we can read every module and apply the same updates a dealer can. Hybrid and high-voltage training and equipment for the SF90 and 296. A parts relationship that gets genuine components into the workshop quickly. And technicians who stay, because continuity is how you build model expertise.
